Pieps recalls his brand new developed product, the PIEPS VECTOR. Pieps developed the Vector for many years but to be honest or first impression was right. It never really worked properly. The biggest advantage for me was the way how to get to the searching mode. This was done by flipping over the antenna ( see the picture) to get to the search mode! Please STOP using the Pieps Vector.
Anyway, they recalled the Pieps Vector and offered the downgrade to the Pieps DSP Pro which has basically the same options than the old Pieps DSP just a few little things are changed and the hardware body is new. The Pieps DSP was one of the best avalanche transceivers the last years but i haven’t used the new model 2013/14
