Terms ALL OFF PISTE
All Off Piste MTN Guides St. Anton™ operates as an agency and is a member of the International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations (UIAGM). We provide professional off-piste and ski touring guiding services. The certified mountain guide assigned to the tour assumes full responsibility for its planning and execution.
1. Insurance
The participant is responsible for covering all associated costs and must ensure that they have valid insurance coverage in place.
2. Cancellations
The booking is confirmed with a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days before the scheduled date. For cancellations within 21 days, the deposit is retained, as the date is reserved specifically for you and short-term rebooking is usually not possible.
If the avalanche danger reaches level 5, I will cancel the day for safety reasons. In that case, the deposit is fully refunded or can be moved to a new date, whatever you prefer.
Normal mountain conditions such as snowfall, changing weather, or a bit of rain are simply part of being in the Alps. On those days, we go ahead as planned and adapt the tour to the conditions.
