Off-Piste Rossfall
From the top of Riffel 1, traverse to the skiers’ left and sidestep over the ridge line.
Continue traversing over the next ridge into the expansive slopes of Rossfallwinkel.
The snow near by the rocks can have a weak (in terms of avalanche danger) snow pack. History shows that remote triggered avalanches can be likely with a Persistent weak layer in the snow pack

Just above the valley bottom, near a hut, follow the path down to a flat area. From there, you can hike back up to the Massbahn.
Note: Be careful on the steep sidestepping section next to the Riffel 1 chairlift due to potential slab snow.
